Salsa Borracha-Cooked in Alcohol (Heat Level: Hot)

Our Salsa Borracha is the hottest salsa on the menu, but more importantly, it is full of flavor. We use chiles de árbol and guajillo chiles to bring the heat, and through our collaboration with Long Beach Beer Lab, we add their Sublime beer, a Mexican lager that complements the smoky taste of the salsa. This salsa is great for breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, carne asada tacos, and so much more.
